2011 has been a great and satisfying year for us! We have literally been around the world, seen the most amazing places and met some of the nicest human beings on this planet. We are sincerely grateful for that! We’ll continue to do what we love most, which will start with the release of The Black Atlantic’s new mini album Darkling, I listen. Very soon we will expand our family. It will be a quintuplet. That’s all we can say right now. We are soooo excited! Time to get back to work now. Circulatory System was founded by Will Cullen Hart, after the break up of The Olivia Tremor Control. Both Olivia Tremor Control and Circulatory System are part of the Elephant6 collective including Neutral Milk Hotel and Elf Power, who shared their love for Psychedelic noise pop. Neutral Milk Hotel‘s Jeff Mangum also contributed to their albums, but was only briefly part of the touring version of the band.
