So here’s a little piece of education for all you non Dutchies.

On April 12, we will present our first all Dutch release. Which means that the lyrics are packed with funny sounding words and ambiguous expressions that make us smile while you don’t get it.

‘Glorie 123′ by Het Gloren is the musical debut of Floris Schrama. Schrama grew up in Schipluiden which is located in the typically Dutch polder. Polder? Yes, polder! This explicit environment formed the foundation for Schama’s reflection en consciousness that you will find in his lyrics and music.

Where Floris is known for playing solo the album was recorded in company of Wouter Kors and Gerben Houwer both known for their role in We vs. death.

Since translating the lyrics of Het Gloren would ruin the whole experience
we suggest you’ll start practicing Dutch…Go on! You won’t regret it.

With the release comes an album presentation in style. So if you happen to be nearby (or drown in money). Make sure to stop by at wood sawing company ‘the Stern’, based in an original Mill in the city center of Utrecht. Ain’t that fresh!
